Reiki Healing Packages and Trainings 
Reiki, one of the most ancient healing methods known to man, documented over 2500 years ago, is simple and natural, allowing you to absorb more life energy. Reiki vitalizes your life force and balances the energies in your body, mind and soul. 'Rei' describes the Universal (God) aspect of the energy and 'ki' means life force. Other names for 'ki' are chi, prana and breath. Given to us at birth, we create a daily supply as we use it up during our ordinary day-to-day living. If our supply of life energy becomes low or depleted, we may become physically or emotionally ill--- , exhaustion, irritability, bad-temper, depression, plus many health issues, etc.
The natural healing energy of Reiki flows in a powerful concentrated form through the hands of a Reiki giver, directing the healing energy into the body of the receiver. It is safe to use as it supplies the body with addtional energy which can be used for healing itself. But Reiki makes no diagnoses and is intended to be used as a complementary healing method. Always seek the advice of a specialist doctor in addition to any Reiki you receive.

My gentle Reiki healing sessions combine Usui/Tibetan Reiki with Karuna Reiki® for a powerful hour long treatment. (Four sessions are recommended.) Karuna® Reiki focuses on the emotional energies we are experiencing in the 21st century---this newer Reiki deals with healing of past life issues, chid abuse, sexual and physical abuse, the shadow self, unconscious patterns, addictions, relationships, communication, codependence, empowering goals, fear and panic,insomnia, creating peace and trust in life, manifesting goals, grounding, creating priorities, healing the earth, and the human race.

6:30 to 9:30 pm part 1, part 2, respectively required
Reiki II Training
Two evenings Monday and Tuesday September 13 &14
6:30 to 9:30 pm both evenings required (prerequisite Reiki I)
ART (prerequisite I & II) 1 day usually precedes day before RMT
Reiki III Master/Teacher (prerequisite I, II, ART) 2 day training usually preceded by ART training the day before
Karuna® practitioners and masters:
